The Little Tigers Early Learning Center has two openings for preschool teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions do require both Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education Certification, or the ability to obtain both certifications. At Little Tigers, we believe in providing as many hands-on opportunities as possible for our students and we are always looking for new ways to support our students. We are also excited about implementing a new curricular program, Frog Street, during the 26-27 school year. If you are passionate about our littlest learners and creating an educational environment that immerses students in their learning, we would love to talk with you!

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL COUNSELOR
The Morgan County R-II School District in Versailles, Missouri is currently seeking a full-time elementary school counselor at Versailles Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year.

Education Policies; Salary and work year to be according to current salary schedule.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling Missouri Certificate in Elementary Counseling. Such alternatives to the above as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Physical Requirements:
Possesses the ability to stand/walk 50% of the school day. Is able to sit 20% of the school day. Is able to be in a squatting position 20% of the school day. Be able to reach 10% of the school day; Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Job Description:
Guide and counsel groups of students, and individual students through the development of educational and career plans. Counsel small groups and individual students with problems. Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding meeting the developmental needs of students. Refer students with severe problems to appropriate community resources in consultation with their parents. Participate in, coordinate, or conduct activities, which contribute to the effective operation of the school.
Duties:
- Implement the Elementary guidance curriculum.
- Conduct guidance learning activities in the classroom as planned in conjunction with school administration and teacher, consult with and be a resource person for teachers to facilitate the infusion of guidance activities into the regular education curricula.
- Guide and counsel groups of and individual students through the development of educational and career plans.
- Provide orientation activities for students for students new to the school; participate in orientation programs for incoming parents and students.
- Assist students in the transition from Elementary to middle school; inform students and parents.

Job Description

Reports To: Facilities/Maintenance Director
Starting Salary: $15.00/hour
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment for students, staff, and community members. Performs routine cleaning, light maintenance, and security duties during evening hours to prepare the facility for the next instructional day.
Essential Duties:
● Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
● Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and vacuum floors; empty trash and recycling.
● Sanitize restrooms, wipe desks and high-touch surfaces, restock supplies.
● Set up/tear down rooms for events and meetings.
● Lock and secure buildings at the end of shift.
● Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or vandalism.
● Perform minor repairs and operate custodial equipment safely.
● Assist with snow removal or weather-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
● Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures.
● Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
● Stand and walk for extended periods; frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, and climbing.

The Morgan County R-II School District (Versailles, MO) is seeking a full-time Gifted & Talented Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must hold a valid Missouri DESE Gifted Education certification or demonstrate willingness to obtain certification within a district-approved timeline. This is a nine-month contract. The position is supervised and evaluated by the Director of Special Services.
Primary Duties:
- Provide direct instructional services to students identified as gifted in accordance with Missouri DESE guidelines.

- Fill in as substitute driver as needed Help with general shop maintenance, sweep floors, change light bulbs, file pre-trips, run for parts and supplies.
- Ensure spare buses have been pre-tripped. Maintain repair records and supply inventories. Maintain positive working relationship with transportation personnel.
- Be available for continuing education.
- Complies with any reasonable oral or written directive of the Transportation Coordinator or other appropriate administrators.
- Assist with archiving bus video when necessary Fuel buses as needed Performs other related duties, as assigned by the Transportation Coordinator or designee, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
