COMMUNICATIONS
Welcome to the Morgan County R-II School District Communication Services Department. The communications department is a part of the Morgan County R-II School District Technology Department. The Morgan County R-II School District is committed to open, honest and ongoing communication with our school community. We hope that by maintaining a two-way conversation with students, parents, teachers, staff and community members we can be 'United for Tiger Excellence' and build relationships that are a foundation for a strong school system.
Student Information Systems (SIS): This online tool stores our student information and grades. Parents and students are encouraged to stay connected to monitor academic progress. Our district also uses this system to easily communicate class information through email to parents and students. Through Infinite Campus' Parent Portal, parents can view report card, attendance, discipline and class schedule information for their child. You can also receive notifications through your parent portal account (e.g. announcements, reminders, school closing/dismissal alerts, and more). If you need assistance with your SIS parent login, please contact your student's assigned building office.
It is important to note that you must ensure that your current contact information is up-to-date in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. This will ensure that you receive important alerts through auto-mated calls, e-mail, and text message. To update your contact information, please call your student's assigned building office. Go to the page, Messenger Notification System, to learn how to review your contact preferences in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Marquee: The district digital marquee is located on Hwy. 52 (913 West Newton Street) in front of our main campus. The marquee displays various reminders and pertinent information related district and upcoming events throughout the district. School Website: Our www.versaillestigers.org website houses district information on the home page as well as building-level information under "Our Schools." Teachers also have webpages and links to those can be found on our building level staff directory pages. There is also specific information related to departments, our board of education, district programs, as well as information and links specific to community, parents, students, staff. Calendars: The board-approved district calendar is available on our website. In addition, the district and each building has a Google calendar that can be followed on our website or through our Morgan Co R-2 School District App. If you have questions regarding district calendars, please contact the the our Activities/Transportation Director, Aaron Allen, at allena@versaillestigers.org or (573) 569-7015.
Remind 101: Classroom teachers and coaches utilize the free Remind 101 notification service for their students and athletes. This is a safe text message app built for education. Personal contact information is not shared and a message history is available. If your child is in a class, activity, or sport that offers Remind notifications, you will receive information to opt in to the convenient service. (Source: remind.com).
Social Media: Morgan County R-II School District realizes that part of today's learning is adapting to the changing methods of communication. The importance of faculty, staff, students, and parents engaging, collaborating, learning, and sharing in these digital environments is a part of 21st-Century learning.
