In Recognition of Their Service - Thank You To Our Board of Education -

At our recent Board of Education meeting, district and building administrators, faculty, staff, and students recognized our board members for their service. In appreciation for all they do, they were presented with signs, cards, treats, and more.

School board service is a commitment that often goes unseen. It requires long hours, thoughtful discussion, and the courage to make difficult decisions—all with one goal in mind: doing what is best for students and our community.
Our board members are volunteers, but they have a very important job. They help guide our schools, support our staff, and plan for the future.

Together, our board members have given 73 years of service to our district.

In order of years of service:
• Dwayne Schad – 31 years
• Brad Chamberlain – 16 years
• April Boicourt – 9 years
• Rosalie Dear – 8 years
• Lori Croy – 5 years
• Cassie  Wilhelm – 4 years
• Becky Lehman – newly appointed

As we finish up the month of March (Board Recognition Month) we want to say one more big "THANK YOU" to the Morgan County R-II Board of Education for their dedication and service to our students, staff, and community. Thank you for your time, your care, and your leadership!
