The Morgan County R-II School District is proud to share that all of our buses have successfully passed the Missouri State Highway Patrol inspection! This achievement is about much more than meeting a requirement—it’s about ensuring the safety and well-being of every student who steps onto one of our buses each day. These inspections are thorough and detailed, evaluating everything from brakes and tires to emergency equipment and overall vehicle condition. Passing means our fleet meets the highest safety standards set by the state. 

This success would not be possible without the dedication and expertise of our bus mechanics and Transportation staff. Their attention to detail, routine maintenance, and commitment to excellence keep our buses running safely and reliably. Our incredible bus drivers do far more than transport students—they build relationships, create a positive start and end to each school day, and prioritize student safety at every stop. Together, our transportation team plays a vital role in our schools and community. Their dedication does not go unnoticed and we greatly appreciate all that they do for our students and school community.
